Our faire is solely operated by volunteers. If you would like to volunteer before, during, or after our events we would appreciate your help and experience at any level.

For every 4 hours of volunteer time you will get free admission for one weekend of Faire. During that weekend you receive a back stage pass, free bottled water, free on site camping, access to after-hours events.

To become a volunteer, fill out this volunteer form and be sure to let us know of any special skills that you may have, i.e., construction, painting, customer service, etc. After you submit the form, our Volunteer Coordinator will be in contact with you.

Before the Faire:

Basic Cleanup – Our home is located in the mountains near Big Bear Lake and we are subject to some harsh weather conditions. Come spring, there is usually a bit of clean up to be done to get the site ready.

Construction – There is always a need for general construction around the site. This year we are building horse corrals to house our jousting teams horses inhouse, and will continued restructuring of our stages.

Painting – The afore mentioned projects will need to be painted. There are also background for some of the stages that need new paint jobs.

After the Faire:

Tear Down – This involves taking down tarps, canvasses, signs, structural facades etc., anything that might get damaged by inclement weather.
